Yes, all Bower Collective beauty products are formulated with natural ingredients and are certified cruelty-free. We never test on animals and ensure our suppliers adhere to the same ethical standards.

How does your refillable packaging system work?

To reduce plastic waste, we provide reusable glass dispensers and refill pouches. Once your pouch is empty, simply use our pre-paid envelope to return it to us for specialized recycling.

What is your shipping policy for UK orders?

We offer carbon-neutral shipping across the UK. Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days, and it is free on all orders over £40.

Can I return a product if it doesn't suit my skin type?

We want you to love your routine. If a product isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided it is at least 75% full.
